Fat Philly's

This is how Philly should be done. A half pound of Fresh‑shaved in‑house beef blend of prime rib, sirloin, and round (or shaved chicken), grilled hard then drenched in our house‑made cheese sauce. Served on an authentic Amoroso roll flown straight from Philadelphia. Build it your way—all toppings included, no extra charge. No shortcuts. No skimpy portions. Just a Fat, proper Philly.
