In a city famous for doing everything at once, Fat J's built its reputation around one thing. Guests come back because the sandwich is exactly what they hoped it would be.

Ryan Rubio, who described himself as someone with plenty of cheesesteak experience, called Fat J's "the best I have had in Las Vegas." Brandon Villalobos found the place randomly and wrote, "Gonna eat here everytime im on this side of town" — which about sums it up.
